Welcome to the North LA IAHSP Regional Chapter®!The Northern Los Angeles IAHSP Regional Chapter® (NLAIRC®) was founded to provide support to Accredited Staging Professionals® (ASPs®) from Valencia to Pasadena to Ventura, California. This IAHSP Chapter is based in Ventura County and is dedicated to providing continued training and business support to the ASP Stagers and ASP real estate agents in this region to help their business grow. Through networking you can stay motivated and learn new techniques to build a successful Home Staging business. To join NLAIRC, members must: - Have an ASP/ASPM/ASP Stager or Real Estate designation. - Have a current IASHP International membership.
- Attend and participate in chapter meetings and events.
We usually meet the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. During our educational meetings we share Staging ideas, discuss marketing methods, plan special events in our local communities, and have guest speakers with business bulding meeting topics. We also welcome Affiliate Business Members - companies, vendors or service providers who support our Staging efforts. Affiliate Business Membership will include annual fees of $150 which allows these business owners to market directly to our Stager membership as well as host our meetings as scheduled.
